It's been a minute.

I got a job outside of tech. Not too far though. Or at least, I can still apply some knowledge and express creativity with problem-solving.

But it's definitely not the same. I mean!

I decided to pick up Go during my down/free time, so I'm going through the "feel you way around" phase, learning as I go.

Recently though, I had to support some code I wrote for a client. Pure Python scripts. Man, did I feel good scrolling around, "knowing" what was going on, and tweaking things. Like I was back in control having a really good time.

It felt really good.
